Intelligent Vehicle CCTV That Does More Than Simply Record

The iCustodian iC9800MDVR-AI is an advanced 4-channel Mobile Digital Video Recorder designed for commercial vehicles, fleet operators and vehicle owners who require reliable video recording, remote monitoring and intelligent driver-safety features.

Unlike a standard mobile DVR that only records what happens, the iC9800MDVR8-AI can also analyse the road, monitor the driver and detect activity around vehicle blind spots. It can provide warnings when it detects potentially dangerous driving conditions or unsafe driver behaviour, helping fleet managers improve safety and investigate incidents more effectively.

The system supports up to four Full HD 1080P cameras, together with 4G, Wi-Fi and GPS connectivity. Once connected and configured with our CMSV6 remote viewing server, authorised users can monitor vehicles from a mobile phone or computer, wherever an internet connection is available.

Sudden power loss can damage ordinary video files. The iC9800MDVR8-AI includes power-loss protection designed to help protect video data when vehicle power is interrupted.

The recorder also includes an independent delayed-shutdown circuit. This allows the unit to continue operating for a selected period after the vehicle ignition has been switched off.

The delay time can be configured according to operational requirements.
